Throwing money away. I use three cotton pads per eye, and it still doesn't completely remove regular mascara. I shake the micellar water before using it.

I sometimes use waterproof mascara and I buy this product to remove it. It effectively removes any makeup. The product is quite oily and needs to be thoroughly rinsed off. I have sensitive eyes and they have had no issues with this product. It is odorless and although the bottle is small, it lasts a long time.

This micellar water is excellent. I use it to remove waterproof mascara, and it does a great job. It doesn't irritate my eyes or cause any allergies. This is a very good product. It effectively removes eye makeup, including gel pencils. Sometimes it may require using a cotton pad twice. It doesn't sting (even though I have sensitive skin and can't use Nivea micellar water), doesn't leave an oily film, and doesn't have a strong scent.
I bought it around 2 months ago and have already used about 2/3 of it.
P.S. I don't wear waterproof makeup, so I can't evaluate the product from that perspective.

Decent product. The blue waterproof Catrice mascara comes off quite quickly. It has a high consumption rate, so you need to moisten the cotton pad well, as it can leave a dry feeling due to the oil, maybe. It's strange that it doesn't remove regular mascara and eyebrow gel well. Regular micellar water is better for this task. I prefer Loreal, but it's also more expensive. This could be considered as an option.

In order to remove Maybelline waterproof makeup, you have to rub your eyes. It's unclear whether the mascara is good or the makeup remover is just average. However, it doesn't sting the eyes in the morning, unlike all the Ziaja makeup removers. Overall, I'm not particularly impressed with the Garnier brand, but I haven't found anything better yet.

I only use waterproof mascara, and this lotion removes it perfectly. It doesn't have a strong smell and it doesn't sting when it accidentally gets into the eyes. I tried something other than soap for the first time. I bought it as a set with some moisturizing Garnier cream. This lotion was decent compared to the soap (the soap stings a bit). However, a few days after using it, I noticed a RASH AROUND MY EYES (which is strange for someone who has never had any allergies before, and nothing even remotely similar either). It started to decrease after not using it for three days, and I hope there will be no lasting marks because I have never encountered anything like this before.
I will also have to get rid of the cream because it made my skin uncomfortably burn (GARNIER skin naturals - refreshing hydration, 24-hour softening light cream).
